The Canadian Government held its eleventh and till date, the largest Express Entry Draw, by issuing 3,750 ITAs to candidates whose CRS or Comprehensive Ranking System score is of 451 and above.
This draw comes three weeks after the last draw in May 23. Comparing the Draw Schedule in 2018 so far, draws have usually been announced after two weeks. This, however, is a positive change because the time gap helps the Express Entry group to recharge, which then results in the minimum score being raised even though larger draws are often seen to decrease the minimum CRS score.
The IRCC used its Tie-Break rule whose date for this latest invitation round was around July 21, 2017. The Government of Canada has planned to achieve its target of 74, 900 for 2018 by admissions through the three economic immigration classes consisting of the Federal Skilled Worker Class, the Federal Skilled Trades Class and the Canadian Experience Class
