Canada’s latest express entry draw witnessed a CRS score of 475 inviting 3900 candidates for permanent residence.

The draw was conducted on October 30, 2019 where 3900 Express Entry candidates were invited to apply for Canadian permanent residence. The minimum score to apply was 475. This is the highest cut off score so far in 2019. Only the candidates who submitted their profile before August 29, 2019 at 03:50:24 UTC and scored 475 and above were invited to apply. The number of invitations issued has remained the same as last draw (not program specific) i.e. 3900.

However, on October 16, 2019, IRCC did conduct a draw that was only for candidates who applied through Federal Skilled Trades program where 500 ITAs were issued to candidates with a minimum CRS score of 357.

With the current draw, IRCC has issued a total of 71,700 invitations to apply in the year 2019. With Canada’s continuous efforts in welcoming more than a million newcomers over the next two years, we anticipate the number of ITAs issued per draw will increase significantly.
