CANADA’S LATEST EXPRESS ENTRY DRAW WITNESSES A CRS SCORE OF 471 INVITING 3600 CANDIDATES FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE

In a new draw held on 27 November 2019, The Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada issued 3600 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence to Express Entry Candidates. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required in this draw was 471 and this is a reduction of one point from the previous Express Entry draw held on November 13, which had a cut-off score of 472.

The tie breaking date and time, applicable to this draw is November 11, 2019 at 6:29:10 UTC. As multiple candidates have 471 points, those who submitted their Express Entry profile before the tie breaking date and time will be given priority.
